Covid-19 has become an overwhelming issue on University Hospital campus. New mandates are quickly being implemented that need to be executed publicly while others are finding emergency hospital visits obstructed. University Hospitals needed us to reframe visitor's touch points within the check-in process to implement less physical contact while also providing a holistic journey for the patient and visitor.
After working with University Hospital on an app, I wanted to create a Branding Guideline to better help communicate their mission and importance in Cleveland.
